Mornin'

Good morning all :)
Well I have a day off today and its the last day before Rhiannon leaves so we are all doing something fun. Not sure yet as the idea of fun for the 4 boys, Rhiannon and myself are somewhat different...LOL

I desperately need to do a thorough house clean but I guess I'll be waiting till the kids go back to school for that.

I really wanted to go into the city today for World Youth Day but I just couldn't stand the throng of people. There were 150,000 in there on Tuesday apparently. Thats huge!

I want to get some scrapping done too but again...when the boys go back to school. This weekend cricket regos start so thats my Sunday gone plus Jye is playing in a 20-20 match. Saturday Jack has soccer (actually I think he has a make up game Sunday too) and Michael will be taking Rhiannons things down to Canberra so busy busy busy. No rest for the wicked.

I might at least get a page done tonight as the gorgeous Paula Perry is hosting our weekly Recipe Scrap over at Forever Always this week. Come on over and join in girls it really is a lot of fun. :)

Speaking of Forever Always our mid month newsletter came out a couple of days ago and this time the theme was Shabby Chic. Not sure I do this style justice but I'm happy with the LO of Rhiannon and I. I got to use the beautiful new Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and co-ordinating stencils and if you haven't tried this medium yet girls...please do! It's lovely!

This month on Aussie Scrapjacked we jacked the lovely Zina Wright. I must admit when Dee first showed me the page we were doing I thought it was Ali Staffords'.

Something else exciting I want to share with you lovely scrapbookers.Bella! have a new range out called Corkopia and its AWESOME! Funky cork alphas, borders and mini albums that are really innovative and unique and are so easy to work with...I just love it! I made my father this little album when he was up last weekend with new pics of the kids. Click on the image to enlarge for a much better view.
Well thats it for me today chicks...I'm off to play with my kids...LOL
