Thank you :)

Hey :)
Just want to say thanks so much to the lovely women that have left equally lovely messages of support for my last post.
It truly means a lot to me knowing that there are so many gorgeous people out there in cyber space that willingly share and give their love and support when things aren't so good.
As I tend to keep so much inside (which is probably the friggen reason I feel this way!!), I find blogging about it such a great outlet and release.
I intend on doing a mini album/book later on when I get through this so I'll be referring back to this blog for future reference. Probably sounds strange wanting to make something about such an awful topic but I'm really into 'scrap therapy' at the moment. Another great outlet.
I started my new meds last night and of course, they'll take a while to 'kick in' but until then when I feel myself spiralling I've been given something else to get me through those down times. I hate, with a passion, taking tablets but I'm past worrying about it. I know I need help in the form of medication and I'm bloody well taking them.
This morning the high school had their beginning of year school Mass that I wanted to go to, but didn't feel up to it. I'm still at the 'cry at the drop of a hat' stage and was a bit worried that the 'ol eyes would start 'watering' at some stage so I moped about the house when I got home from dropping the kids off. I felt even more like shit then because it was Jedd's first high school Mass so I thought stuff it..I'm going. No use sitting around here moping and wallowing in self pity and what is it they say? You have to help yourself before anyone can help you. So I got dressed and went. I'm so glad I did.
It was a beautiful Mass and the high school always puts on such an uplifting Mass with great music and the students singing and playing drums etc. Not like the church where we have to go for the primary school. The priest there I'm sure should've been a funeral director! (Gee...hope he doesn't read this..LOL) It's just so bloody morbid up there and I always feel like I'm at a funeral even though most of the time they sing the same songs as the high school. Stuff knows how the younger kids sit through it.
I came away from the high school this morning feeling so much better that I'd gone and I'm so glad I did.
Jedd seems to be settling in well at high school so far. I watched him today receive Communion at his first high school Mass (yes...the eyes welled..LOL) and I just can't believe how grown up he looked. I got pics of him on his first day that I'll upload soon.
I was supposed to go and pick Michael up from work this afternoon but half way there he rang to say his workmates father was bringing him home and you would'nt believe it..when he rang I was right near my LSS so of course I had to go and have a look. :)
I'm going to start working on our wedding album in the next week or two and I ended up buying $50- or so worth of stuff for it. Nothing like a bit of scrap retail therapy. :)
I also picked up a copy of Ngaire Bartlams' book for..wait for it...$6-25!
It was on the half price table. Haven't had a look yet but I'll take it to the cricket tomorrow with me for a read.
Lately I've been thinking quite 'spiritually' and I've been working on a project which is basically a little OTP present to myself. I've almost finished it. It's a 3 part project and I have 1 part to go. I finished the 2nd part this evening. Can't wait to finish it and start using it. Also can't wait to take pics and share it with you all.
I have a couple of LO's that I've done that I haven't uploaded so will share them with you now.
This first one is a pic of Michael and Rhiannon taken last June on a family day out.
I've had these MM foam stamps forever and never used them so I had a play with them on this layout.

This next one is a layout about where Rhiannon works.

Well thats it from me for now. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend. :)
Cheers
Sharryn :)

Hi there

I just caught up on your last few blog enteries. I am so sorry your feeling this way. You don't deserve it and I truely hope the new meds and your Dr can help you through it all.

Your very much loved by your family and scrapping buddies and we are all here to support you any way we can.

Thanks for being you Sharryn. Your a wonderful lady and I admire you for everything you do.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Take good care of yourself. We mums seem to often care for everyone else before ourselves, which sometimes back fires. Remember your important and need some extra TLC sometimes too:)

So glad you decided to go to the Mass and it was enjoyable. Good too you did some scrap shopping and spoilt yourself. Good luck with making your wedding album. I am sure it will look excellent just like all your other creations. Your very talented.

Hoping your having a nice day and being taken care of by your wonderful husband and kids.

Thanks too for being so kind and thoughtful to me recently. I do appreicate it. It was lovely of you to send me a PM while you have been having such a hard time yourself xxxxoooo
