Soar...

Is there anything sweeter than watching the joy of little kids in a playground?
I love watching their little faces light up without a care in the world as they swing high in the sky and slide till their hearts are content.

A while back I looked after my niece and nephew and took them to the park to play and feed the ducks.
It was wonderful watching them run around and be so excited over the simple joy of a playground.

I took this photo of my niece on the swing which I just love. To me...it's childhood at it's sweetest and purest.

I've scrapped it with this months gorgeous Scrap FX Boy and Girl themed chipboard and card silhouettes.
The new chipboard alphabet, aptly named Playground, and perfect for this page was used for my title word SOAR. Such a fun font for kids themed projects :)



This gorgeous Tree Swing Girl card silhouette which just suited my layout brilliantly and to define it a bit more I added some sweet punched butterflies over the top of it.

I love how this page turned out simply because it reminds me of childhood days playing in the park, giggling and laughing without a care.
Oh to be a child again...
