Friday catch up and a share

Hi there,
Friday again? Wow that week flew!
It's cold and raining here at the moment...not sure what happened to Summer but I can live without the heat.

Last Sunday we headed off to Luna Park in Sydney for a fabulous day of fun and frivolity for Renee's (Jayden's girlfriends) birthday.
What a blast! It was just so much fun and I loved Coney Island where they have paintings, pictures and older style rides that they had when I was just a kid. My father used to take me there quite often so it was great seeing it all again. The giant slides are still as fun, the Mirror Maze just as crazy and The Joy Wheel still providing lots of fun and entertainment.

In the early afternoon we caught the ferry over to Darling Harbour and walked up to Chinatown for dinner. The food was beautiful and we were all so hungry from our big day.
We took a stroll through Chinatown and met some very interesting characters along the way. Then through the city back to the train station to make our way home.

Here's a few photos of our day:

I have a layout to share with you as well today. It's one I created for Scrap FX with some gorgeous brand new goodies. Our theme this month is Boys and Girls and all I can say is WOW! Some amazing new products to be had!

I scrapped this page of my gorgeous girl using a mix of older and new chipboard. Just love that frame over the photo.

I just adore this chipboard Wishing Well from a previous release that I've been saving for the perfect project. Embellished and layered with pretties it's just stunning. One of my favourite pieces.

But wait! There's more! Check out this amazing new chipboard Zipper Pull! Oh how I love thee...

Isn't it gorgeous? The best thing is it comes in a pack of 6 so there are plenty to choose from. I just LOVE it!

For some amazing eye candy...head on over to the Scrap FX blog and check out what the other DT girls have been up too. I can assure you...you won't be disappointed!

Hope you have an awesome weekend....
